Territory Account Manager, Commercial
- Engage with public sector clients, focusing on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive growth.
- Participate in regular strategic alignment meetings to discuss candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and assessments of potential candidates for open roles, contributing to team recruitment efforts.
- Travel frequently within the designated regions (Paris and North of France) to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Demonstrate a hunter mindset by proactively seeking out new prospects and building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Set and achieve performance metrics aligned with team goals, contributing to the overall success of the public sector initiative.
- Proven experience in public sector or local government (bonus but not mandatory).
- Ability to transition from commercial or enterprise sales to public sector roles.
- Strong hunter mindset with emphasis on prospecting and new business development.
- Demonstrated grit and capability to quickly adapt and progress in the role.
- Experience managing strategic accounts or oversight of project management.
- Excellent collaboration skills for working effectively in a panel interview process.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions (Paris and North of France).
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly with clients and stakeholders.
